Let's clean up our requests for quotations!

If you work with an organization that uses requests for quotations, it's a good idea to keep them cleaned up. Both AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain have functionality to help with this.

AX 2012

In Procurement and Sourcing > Periodic > Clean up, look for Delete requests for quotations. This will let you delete RFQs based on 2 options: date created or the date they expire. If you use both, it will delete all records that match either criteria so keep that in mind.

This will delete all Request for quotation cases (PurchRFQCaseTable) records and also cascade delete all related records:
