How to use the Purchase Order Line Maintenance Screen

This simple screen can be used to cancel the delivery remainder on open Purchase Order Lines in bulk, simplifying some of the required Maintenance on POs. This is an open source project with technical and contact info located at the end of this article. This screen is available in Accounts Payable > Periodic Tasks > Cleanup > Open Purchase Line Maintenance or Procurement and Sourcing > Periodic Tasks > Clean up > Open Purchase Line Maintenance.

Simply apply filters and mark the lines you want to cancel.

Click on Purchase then select Cancel Remainder

And that's it!
