Put Multiple AOS's in a Cluster

Creating a dynamically load balanced AOS cluster without a dedicated load balancer is easy and straight forward. This requies are least two AOS's. The instructions are below:

1) In AX, go to Administration > Setup > Cluster Configuration

2). Create a Cluster Name for you load balanced servers. In this example, it is called "Load Balanced AOS Instances":

3). Click the "Map AOS instance to clusters" tab.

4). Add your AOS's to your newly created cluster. Below is an example:

5). Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Configuration on one of the AOS's

6). On the "Connection" Tab, add in your AOS's. If you don't have these options, you need to make a new configuration file that matches the "Original (installed configuration)" file. Below is an example:
